Japanese Studies Minor

The Japanese Studies minor consists of 15 credit hours in Japanese Studies beyond Elementary Japanese I & II (Japanese 1100 & 1200), 9 of which must be completed on campus. At least 9 of these credit hours must be earned by taking Japanese language courses beyond the elementary level. The remaining 6 credit hours can be earned by taking non-language Japanese culture courses. Courses from other departments that relate to Japan can also be used to satisfy these requirements.
